The PrismView® Training Center is an online training meeting that brings you and other YESCO electronic signage customers together with a YESCO representative.
The training addresses the use of YESCO PrismView® software and other third-party applications provided by YESCO as part of your digital sign and electronic billboard software package.

- How Do I Access the Training Center?
The PrismView® Training Center is made possible by Cisco WebEx, a remote desktop-sharing application.
You will need a computer with a broadband Internet connection and an accessible telephone to call into a conference call number (or to have a YESCO representative call you). You can also use a microphone and speakers on your computer to utilize (VOIP) Voice Over IP technology.

- How do I Use the Training Center?
When you first enter the training center, you will see five tabs:
• Today
• Upcoming
• Daily
• Weekly
• Monthly
Each of these tabs correlates to a calendar of training sessions. The easiest thing to do is select the Upcoming tab. You will then see a listing of available sessions.
A link to the right of each session gives you the option to register for that particular session.
To register, simply click the button and fill out the form.
Once you have registered for a session, you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing a link plus instructions explaining how to join the meeting at the appropriate time.
- What If I Can't Attend Any of the Listed Sessions?
If none of the listed sessions work with your schedule, you have a couple of options.
• On the left hand-side, you will see a link to Recorded Sessions. You may view these sessions at your own convenience at any time. They cover the same information covered in the live sessions.
• Contact us at mediaservices@yesco.com with a request to schedule a specific training time and date. We will try to accommodate your request.
