Welcome to the Training Center.Learning the software that controls LED signs can be a daunting task. That is what the Training Center is here for, to help you learn the ropes of operating LED signs. First, find out what software came with your sign. Most people will get YESCO’s Prismview software, whether the Prismview v9 or the Prismview MINI 2. Be sure to find out what version you get with your sign so you learn the right software. It is easy to find out what version you have, simply look in the upper left corner of the window. Once you know the version, dive in. There are several short video tutorials, step-by-step guides, and also recorded training’s for the software.

YESCO also offers support for the Corel creative suit, which includes; PaintShop Pro, VideoStudio Pro, and MotionStudio 3D. These are optional additions to the software package you receive with your sign, so if you didn’t purchase them, you will need to go online and do so now. Click here to visit Corel.com. If you didn’t purchase these programs, we recommend you get a photo editing and, if you can play video, a video editing software. There are some free programs out there that can do the trick or you can purchase other software, like the Adobe suit or Sony Vegas.

How do I get started?

We recommend that you get started by first answering a few questions. What software did you get? (example: Prismview Mini 2 or Prismview v9?) Once you know what you got, sign up for a Getting Started Online Training or view the Recorded Session to get an idea of what your software does. Then take the software training’s and learn how to use the software. You can also use the many videos, tutorials, and other guides to help you through the process.

How do I register for an Online Training?

Click on the link above or visit yesco.webex.com. Live Online Training sessions are done through Cisco WebEx and use a remote desktop-sharing application. You will need a computer with a broadband Internet connection and a phone.

How do I use the Training Center?

The Training Center is a fast and easy way to find answers to frequently asked questions about the software used with LED signs. Simply select the software you have a question about and it will take you to a page were you can access Recorded Training’s Video tutorials, step-by-step guides, and more.

What if I can't attend a Live Session?

If you are not able to attend a regularly scheduled Online Training you can either watch a Recorded Session or contact us at mediaservices@yesco.com and we will try to accommodate your schedule.

What software is supported?

The Training Center offers support for all the latest software used by YESCO to operate and support LED signs. The software includes YESCO’s Prismview software, Corel’s MotionStudio 3D, PaintShop Pro, and VideoStudio Pro. There is also support for a older versions of the before mentioned software under Recorded Training’s.
